FEVEC leads the Erasmus + Project “SoftMob” whose main objective is to improve the cross-border mobility of students and trainers. This type of mobility is a key issue to increase opportunities and develop personal curricula through learning experiences abroad.
FEVEC and the project partners have identified the need to provide digital tools to streamline processes and daily management of mobility to participants in mobility initiatives
Therefore, the objective of the project is to respond to the needs of all the actors that participate in mobility initiatives:
– Reduce the administrative and management burden of the different activities to focus on the quality of the content.
– Improve the efficiency of the management of mobility initiatives through the compilation of good practices.
For this, the expected results are:
- Software to monitor mobility initiatives, reducing operational processes, which will improve quality.
- A set of interviews with the protagonists of mobility highlighting the challenges and decisions they adopt in their daily management
- A set of tools that can be used to improve the quality and efficiency of mobility

FEVEC lidera el Proyecto Erasmus+ “SoftMob” cuyo objetivo principal es la mejora de la movilidad transfronteriza de los alumnos y formadores. Este tipo de movilidad es un tema clave para aumentar las oportunidades y desarrollar currículos personales a través de experiencias de aprendizaje en el extranjero.
FEVEC y los socios del proyecto han identificado la necesidad de proporcionar herramientas digitales para agilizar los procesos y la gestión diaria de las movilidades a los participantes en las iniciativas de movilidad.
Por lo que el objetivo del proyecto es responder a las necesidades de todos los actores que participan en las iniciativas de movilidad:
– Reducir la carga administrativa y de gestión de las diferentes actividades para concentrarse en la calidad de los contenidos.
– Mejorar la efectividad de la gestión de iniciativas de movilidad a través de la recopilación de buenas prácticas.
Para ello los resultados que se esperan obtener son:
- Un software para monitorizar las iniciativas de movilidad, reduciendo los procesos operativos, lo que mejorara la calidad.
- Un conjunto de entrevistas con los protagonistas de la movilidad haciendo hincapié en los retos y decisiones que adoptan en su gestión diaria
- Un conjunto de herramientas que podrán ser utilizadas para mejorar la calidad y efectividad de la gestión de los proyectos de movilidad.
